The Jungle Roost Villa
Imagine being 4 levels up, nestled in Costa Rica’s spectacular, pristine canopy. Welcome to Jungle Roost! This 2,500 ft2 home has 3 bedrooms and 3 1/2 bathrooms and is fully and comfortably furnished. It has floor-to-ceiling windows with unobstructed views designed to bring the outside into the open and welcoming interior.
Enjoy your morning coffee on the wraparound deck, watching monkeys foraging and making their way across the treetops.
The nearby beach is gorgeous and quiet (half a mile - 10/15 minutes walking distance). If you are in the mood for more people, funky bars, good restaurants, surf schools, groceries parasailing, and fun shopping, just stroll 15 or 20 minutes along the white sand to Manuel Antonio.

Manuel Antonio Area
Manuel Antonio is the premier destination of the Central Pacific region offering a variety of intimate villas artistically built into a rainforest hillside between town and the popular Manuel Antonio National Park.
Manuel Antonio is a popular resort district near beaches and coastal jungles, with buzzing malls, outdoor bars, and seafood restaurants geared toward vacationers. Tour operators offer water sports equipment and sailing excursions, plus treks and ATV drives through the adjoining national park.

The Villa Location
Jungle Roost is nested in the rainforest of the rich, green pacific coast. The Villa is ‘hidden’ in the protected area of the natural wildlife corridor of Manuel Antonio National Park.
The Villa surroundings is home to some amazing wildlife, constantly visible from the deck and balconies such as raccoons, coatis, agoutis, two-toed and three-toed sloths, capuchin monkeys, howler monkeys, squirrel monkeys, as well as iguanas, lizards, and many more…
Among the bird species, you may encounter are toucans, tanagers, macaws, hummingbirds and others.
The house is conveniently seated just 10/15 minutes walking from Playita Beach, one of the most beautiful beaches of the area. And 10/15 minutes walking from the main little Manuel Antonio Plaza Vista where you can find a small shopping centre with restaurants, bank, ATM, yoga and SPA.

No loud music allowed at any time of the day or the night

Indoor smoking is not allowed (*)

Do not use the Villa inhouse towels (white) if you have used sunscreen as it will stain them, shower first please (*)

Do not use the Villa towels to clean the mud from your shoes please, there are water taps outside the villa for it (*)

If you have used sunscreen or strong mosquito repellent, please shower before going to bed otherwise the bed linen will be stained (*)

Please use only plastic cups and plates around the pool.

The swing is a decoration and not for use.
Villa rules for ecological conservation and wildlife protection:

All doors and windows must be closed when AC is in use

AC must be switched off when leaving the house for more than 20 min

All doors and windows must be closed when AC is in use

Internal and external lights, including the pool lights and fans, must be switched off when not home.

External lights, external fans, pool lights must be switched off at night

Pets are not allowed for the protection of wildlife.

Feeding animals is strictly not allowed as it will disrupt their environment.

Violating these rules may incur financial penalties from the property owners.

No loud music allowed at any time of the day or the night to respect the wildlife habitat… as well as the neighbours (**)
